The story
Ian Constant started the business and now runs it together with his son Luke and their team. Between them, Ian and Luke bring more than 45 years of combined experience to every enquiry.
Underfloor heating has always been at the centre of the work. Over the years that has meant systems in family homes, large renovations, new builds and commercial spaces, a lot of it for the same builders and clients coming back again.
The limited company behind the business, L.CONSTANT HOT WATER LTD, was incorporated in 2025. The underfloor heating experience goes back a great deal further. It is the family trade.
Get it right while it is still reachable
Once the screed or floor goes down, the pipework is there for the life of the building. That shapes how we work. We plan the layout properly, lay it neatly, connect the manifold and controls, and pressure test before anything covers it.
