Underfloor heating in Kent

We work across Kent and are happy to take on relevant projects throughout the county, from the Dartford and Sevenoaks side out to Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

The kind of Kent work we take on

Across Kent, we work on new builds, renovations, property conversions and larger installations for homeowners and builders.

On a new build or a conversion the whole ground floor usually runs on a wet in screed system, zoned room by room. We work from the drawings, coordinate with the groundworkers and screeder, and pressure test before the screed goes down.

Heat pumps

A lot of new Kent housing is being built with, or made ready for, a heat pump. Underfloor heating is a natural fit. See underfloor heating and heat pumps, and it is worth planning the two together from the start.

Kent questions

Do you supply the materials, or just fit them?

Either. We can supply and install the complete system, or carry out an installation only job where the materials are provided. Let us know which suits your project.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Hayes, next to Bromley, and work across Bromley, South East London and Kent. We also take on suitable projects elsewhere in London. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.

Do you work from drawings?

Yes. Send us the plans and tell us the heat source, and we will plan the layout, zones and manifold positions to suit. It helps to include the floor construction and your programme.

Do you work for homeowners as well as builders?

Yes. We work for homeowners planning a renovation, extension or new home, and for builders, developers and other trade customers.

Do you work with builders and contractors?

Yes. A lot of our work comes through builders, developers and contractors. We can take on the underfloor heating package on extensions, refurbishments and new builds, work from your drawings, and fit in around your programme. See our builders and trade partners page.

Do you take on commercial work?

Yes, we take on commercial underfloor heating installations alongside our domestic work. Tell us about the project and we will let you know if we are a good fit.
